Ham Loaf (BCC - 231) is like a meat loaf made with ground ham. I used ground pork. Ham Loaf is easy to make for a week night dinner, but I prefer meat loaf. I would make it again if I had ground pork in the freezer. I served it with Sweet Potatoes and it was a delicious week night meal!
